The GreenFaith CertificationProgram involves a rewarding two-year process during which congregations becomea GreenFaith Sanctuary.  Participating congregations undertake a range ofenvironmental initiatives in the areas of worship, religious education, spiritual practices, ‘greening’ of the building, and environmentaljustice.  They benefit by deepening their environmental leadership, reducing their facility’s operating costs, attracting and engaging new andyounger members, and receiving extensive resources and support.  To learnmore about the GreenFaith Certification Program, visit: http/greenfaith.org/programs/certification.  To see success stories of participating congregations, visit www.greenfaith.org and review the pressclips posted in the ‘GreenFaith in the Media’ tab.
